Again may I welcome you to the 2009 7th Asian Print Awards and our sponsor award for the fourth time presented by technotrans

The Annual Asian Print Awards was founded to recognise outstanding achievement in the print and packaging industries across Asia. With more than half the world’s population represented in this fast growing area, communication in the form of printed matter links Asia’s diverse cultures. It is imperative that such print achievements do not go unrecognized, especially among the population base that Asia enjoys.

It is more important than ever that we focus our industry to being more responsible for the environment that we all live in. With events like "Earth Hour" generating millions of house holds taking part, it’s about time that our industry took a lead in being friendly in how we produce our jobs, and what we should be doing to save the environment. We at technotrans have taken the lead in showing many companies that being a environmentally friendly printer can save money in the daily operation, and can win jobs that must be produced with the words environment being the main focus. It’s more than just using recycled paper that counts, its the whole package.

The world now looks into Asia for the production of print, and more and more print buyers are being forced to select a printer that is not only quality conscious but is looking after the environment.
